Our copper lines are being retired. What replaces them?
Usually a cloud phone system or SIP trunks, and for the lines that can't move (alarms, elevators, fax) a dedicated POTS-replacement service. The plan says which is which, site by site.
Do I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. Keeping your numbers is a line in the Blueprint, and every proposal has to answer it.
Can people at home be on the same system?
That's usually the point. The plan counts every person, wherever they sit, and the proposals cover all of them.
What happens after I type my project?
